Vietnamese exporters could gain new opportunities in Latin America as Argentina-based Cordillera Brewing explores partnerships with suppliers across Vietnam. During a meeting with the Vietnam Trade Office in Argentina, the company expressed strong interest in sourcing a variety of Vietnamese products, including green coffee beans, cashew nuts, black pepper, cinnamon, star anise, spices, natural rubber, rattan and bamboo products, handicrafts, and processed foods.
Cordillera Brewing plans to expand its import, processing, and distribution operations across Argentina, Panama, Uruguay, and Cuba. Company representatives noted that demand for premium coffee, processed foods, dried fruits, nuts, and other value-added products continues to grow, creating favorable opportunities for Vietnamese businesses looking to enter Latin American markets.
The Vietnam Trade Office highlighted the country’s production and export strengths and pledged to connect the company with Vietnamese manufacturers through business directories and product catalogs. Both sides agreed to strengthen trade cooperation, facilitate direct business connections, and support the wider presence of Vietnamese products across key markets in the region.
